452.115 PARKING IN POSTED FIRE LANES.

No person shall park any vehicle in a posted fire lane, except when directed to by a police officer or traffic control signal. The absence of a driver present at a car parked in a fire lane shall be prima facie evidence that the vehicle is parked in violation of this section.
