436.16 FAILURE TO REPORT AN ACCIDENT.

(a) No person shall fail to report a motor vehicle accident as required under the laws of the Village of Evendale or under the statutes of the State of Ohio.

(b) Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
