432.40 USE OF ALLEYS.

(a) No person shall operate any vehicle in any alley unless such vehicle has a minimum clearance of six inches on each side as measured between the side of the vehicle and the building line.

(b) The Mayor is hereby authorized to erect signs at the entrance to alleys showing the width of such alleys.
