310.01 POLICY ADOPTED.

The Public Records Policy attached to Resolution 08-06 as approved and adopted by the Council of the Village of Evendale is hereby incorporated by reference herein. The Public Records Policy shall be maintained in the office of the Clerk of Council and shall be available for public inspection there. Notices shall be posted in all village buildings that the public records policy is available at the Clerk of Council’s office.
