276.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

There is hereby established an Evendale Beautification Committee for the Village, which shall act as an advisory body to the Mayor, Council and the Village Planning Commission in connection with the preservation and maintenance of public property in a manner to set a good example of beauty and utility to the community. It shall submit reports and recommendations when so requested.
