17-207:   FAILURE TO BRING OR MAIL PAYMENT STUB:
The customer is required to bring or mail payment stub when paying water bill. Repetitive failure to provide stub with payment can result in an account lookup fee. The account lookup fee shall be set and/or amended by City Council in the fee schedule. Failure to receive a water bill does not release the customer from the obligation to pay.
