3-212:   HOURS OF OPERATION:
   A.   No retail package store, or the premises upon which it is located, shall be open for, the purpose of selling any intoxicating alcoholic beverages at any hour other than between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 9:00 P.M., Monday through Saturday. No sales shall be made or retail package store premises be allowed to remain open for the purpose of making sales, receiving deliveries of alcoholic liquors on the day of any general, primary, run-off primary, or other special election while the polls are open, whether on a national, state, county or city election, or on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day.
   B.   Nothing contained herein shall be enforced nor interpreted in violation of the provisions of Section 537 of Title 37 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
   C.   No establishment licensed to sell nonintoxicating alcoholic beverages under the provisions of this chapter shall sell such beverage for consumption on the premises between the hours of 2:00 A.M. and 7:00 A.M., excepting Sunday and Monday when such beverages shall not be sold between the hours of 2:00 A.M.
