3-204: NOT TO SELL TO MINORS:

It is unlawful for any person to sell, offer, give away, procure for, barter or otherwise dispense to any minor any nonintoxicating beverage, or for any minor to purchase, receive, or procure any nonintoxicating beverage. (Ord. No. 83-10-2, 11/7/83)
