Until a contractor experienced in hazardous waste removal and remediation, as prescribed in this chapter, assesses the contaminated property, cleans up any contamination and prepares a final report, as prescribed in this chapter, which shows that the levels of contamination in the property meet the acceptable levels listed in section 8-806 of this chapter, use of the property for human habitation is prohibited.
