2-203: TIME OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE COUNCIL:

The council of the city shall hold a regular meeting at 6:00 P.M. on the first Monday of every month. If such a Monday falls on a holiday, the regular meeting shall be held at that time on the next succeeding day which is not a holiday.
