A. The City Clerk shall designate the numbers of all houses in conformity with the preceding provisions and shall furnish the owner or agent of each house now or hereafter built with its proper number as soon as completed.
B. When any home or house is not correctly numbered, or not numbered at all, the City Clerk shall give such house its proper number and shall notify the owner, agent, or occupant to number such house in accordance with this chapter. (Prior Code § 28)
