(a) Times. A garage sale shall be held only during the hours of daylight, and in no event shall a garage sale be held before 9:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m.
(b) Frequency. A resident or single address shall be limited to three garage sales per calendar year.
(c) Duration. A garage sale shall be limited to three consecutive calendar days. A garage sale may be held on any day of the week.
