(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) If convicted, upon failure to abate such nuisance in § 91.12, said owner may be fined a sum of $50 by the town for the first violation. If a second violation occurs within a 12-month period, said owner may be fined a sum of $75. If a third violation occurs within a 12-month period, said owner may be fined a sum of $100.
