§ 91.02 PERMITTED ANIMALS.
   Animals commonly purchased from a licensed pet store in the state are allowed by this chapter and may be kept in the town. Nothing in this section shall be deemed to prohibit the keeping of domestic cats (felis domesticus), European polecats or ferrets (Mustela putorius foro), and domestic dogs (Canis familiaris), as long as license or permit procedures are followed.
