§ 90.05 APPEALS.
   Any order issued by the Board of Trustees or law enforcement may be appealed to the Board of Trustees, in writing, and within 15 days of the issuance of the order. Such written notice of appeal shall be submitted to Town Hall. Appeals shall be reviewed by the Board of Trustees and the determination of the Board of Trustees shall be provided in writing to the person making the appeal.
