§ 70.25 CROSSWALKS.
   (A)   The town has no marked crosswalks; however, pedestrians are to treat intersections as though a designated crosswalk exists.
   (B)   Pedestrians shall move, whenever practicable, upon the right half of crosswalks, and they shall move with reasonable dispatch at all crosswalks.
   (C)   No pedestrian should go from one side of the street to the other, except at a right angle and at a regular crosswalk, upon any street in the business section or on a through street.
