(A) Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, any person who violates §§ 52.05(G), (P), or 52.06 shall be fined by the court the sum of $200 and court costs. In addition, the court may require the violator to reimburse the town for all costs incurred in cleaning or repairing any sewer lines affected as a result of a violation of this section. Costs incurred shall include any costs incurred by the town to accomplish remedial measures in the entire sewer system, including the wastewater lagoon, caused by a violation of this section.
(B) The town shall be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to institute legal action against any landowner violating this section to recover the costs of cleaning or repairing any sewer lines affected by a violation of this section. Costs incurred shall include any costs incurred by the town to accomplish remedial measures in the entire sewer system, including the wastewater lagoon, caused by a violation of this section.
