§ 52.08 ANNUAL REVIEW OF COST OF SEWER OPERATION.
   The town shall annually conduct a review of the costs of operation and maintenance of the town sewer system. The town shall also annually review and revise as necessary the sewer use rates to insure rate equity among the various users and to further insure the availability of sufficient funds to adequately operate and maintain the sanitary sewer system of the town.
