(A) The Sewer Department shall be under the supervision of the Maintenance Superintendent.
(B) The Maintenance Superintendent shall be responsible for the sewage system and lagoons of the town, as well as supervision and control over all persons employed by the town and assigned to his or her department. The Maintenance Superintendent shall make or supervise all taps of public sewers in addition to such other duties as shall be prescribed by the Board of Trustees or by the ordinances of the town.
(C) The Maintenance Superintendent shall make a written report to the Board of Trustees as may be required or requested by the Board of Trustees and shall make such recommendations as are proper for the efficient operation of the sewer system and improvements thereof.
