(A) Upon the request of a property owner, the town may suspend service and reinstate service at the fees that have been set by motion. Water, sewer, and garbage services and fees will be suspended during this time.
(B) The town is not liable for any broken water meters, frozen water lines, or water breaks from the curb stop to the residence while vacant.
(C) The customer is held responsible to notify the Finance Office of their return in order to have utility services and fees resumed.
