§ 50.02 CUSTOMER DEPOSITS.
   (A)   All new utility account applicants are required to pay a customer deposit. The town does not accept letters of credit from previous utilities.
   (B)   The Board of Trustees reserves the right and authority to review and adjust the customer deposit amount through motion of said Board of Trustees.
