§ 32.07 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Park Board shall adopt rules necessary to conduct of its affairs and in the keeping with the provisions of this chapter, subject to the review and approval of the Board of Trustees. Funding for the Park Board shall be from the private sector only.
