§ 32.06 OFFICERS.
   The Park Board shall consist of a Chairperson who shall control all meetings of the Park Board. The Park Board shall also contain a Secretary to take the minutes of the meetings and receive and mail correspondences. The Finance Office shall be responsible for the keeping of the books of the Park Board.
