§ 32.02 AUTHORITY.
   The Park Board, as hereinafter created, shall control and supervise the public parks, open spaces, and public grounds of the municipality, including all ball grounds, subject to rules, regulations, and responsibilities as may be prescribed by the Board of Trustees.
