§ 31.41 MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT.
   The Board of Trustees shall cause for the employ of a Maintenance Superintendent. The duties of which shall be negotiated by the Board of Trustees and conducted in accordance with applicable labor laws. The position shall be compensated at a rate to be determined by the Board of Trustees, serve at the discretion of the Board of Trustees, and may be removed without cause.
