§ 31.40 FINANCE OFFICER.
   The Board of Trustees shall cause for the employ of a Finance Officer. The duties, of which, shall be negotiated by the Board of Trustees and conducted in accordance with South Dakota Codified Law. The position shall be compensated at a rate to be determined by the Board of Trustees, serve at the discretion of the Board of Trustees, and may be removed without cause.
