§ 31.08 SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE.
   (A)   Upon call for a special meeting, the Finance Officer shall notify those Board members present within the municipality via oral or written communication.
   (B)   Nothing in this section shall prohibit the adoption of a more stringent or formal notification process.
