§ 30.03 CORPORATE SEAL.
   The town shall have a corporate seal stating thereon as follows: “Corporate Seal, Town of Ethan, South Dakota” which shall be in the custody of the Finance Officer and shall appear upon all official signatures of the Board President and Finance Officer.
