§ 154.02 RESPONSIBILITY.
   It shall be unlawful for any owner or person in possession of any premises within the corporate limits of the town to permit any noxious, dangerous, or unhealthful vegetation as defined in § 154.01 of this chapter hereof to grow on said premises at any time.
