§ 153.02 ANCHORING REQUIREMENTS.
   All mobile homes or manufactured homes shall be anchored to the ground, or a permanent foundation, in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications. In the absence of manufacturer’s specifications, said mobile homes or manufactured homes shall be anchored to the ground, or a permanent foundation, according to a plan approved by the Board of Trustees.
