§ 131.03 DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS.
   (A)   No person shall discharge or shoot any gun, pistol, or other firearm within the corporate limits of the town.
   (B)   The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive any such part of this section or to prohibit any and all defined activities. Such action shall take place at a meeting of the Board of Trustees unless an emergency is declared by the President of the Board of Trustees or any other legally recognized body within the town, county, or state.
