§ 130.07 DEBRIS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to place, throw, or deposit or cause to be placed, thrown, or deposited any glass, waste paper, dirt, dead leaves, grass, ashes, or other waste material on any of the streets, avenues, alleys, or public grounds in the town.
