§ 130.05 FIREWORKS.
   No person shall discharge, display, shoot, or light any rocket or any other piece of fireworks within corporate limits after 11:00 p.m. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive any such part of this section or to prohibit any and all defined activities. Such action shall take place at a meeting of the Board of Trustees unless an emergency is declared by the President of the Board of Trustees.
