(A) No person shall keep any building or any other place in the town to be used or occupied for gambling or for any game of chance for money; and no person shall as owner, agent, or superintendent of any such place knowingly let the same, or allow it to be used or occupied for gambling or for playing any game of chance for money.
(B) Nothing in this code or section shall apply to those establishments with video lottery, other lottery products, or charitable gambling, as regulated by the state.
