Alcoholic beverages may be consumed between the hours of 10:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. within the boundaries of the town park hereinafter described as Lots 1-12 Block 1 A.C. Drake’s 2nd Addition and Lots 1-6 Block 4 A.C. Drake’s 2nd Addition. Any and all alcoholic consumption of and disorderly conduct relating thereto outside the established boundaries or allowed hours shall be subject to a $75 civil fine in addition to normal criminal charges.
