§ 111.08 SERVING LIQUOR OUTSIDE OF ESTABLISHMENT.
   No on-sale dealer shall be permitted to serve within the town any intoxicating liquor outside of the building for which his or her license was issued; provided that the view through the windows of the building where said business is carried on shall be completely unobstructed either by curtains, advertising, window glazing, or other obstructions whatsoever, and provided further that no liquor shall be served in any booth wherein all the occupants are not within full view of every other occupant in the room and observable from any and all points in said room.
