(A) Application for licenses regulated by this chapter shall be submitted to the Finance Officer. Upon receipt of a complete license application, the Finance Officer shall place said request on the next available Board of Trustees meeting agenda.
(B) If an applicant chooses to accelerate the application process via a special meeting of the Board of Trustees, they shall make application for a special meeting. Applications for special meetings shall be submitted with the agreement that said applicant shall be responsible for all fees associated with the application as well as a $5 fee.
