(A) The occupant of any premises in the town adjacent to any sidewalk in the business district on Main Street between Depot Street and 2nd Street, or the owner of such premises if the same are unoccupied, shall within 15 hours after the fall of snow, remove the snow from the said sidewalk on Main Street, as adjoins the said premises.
(B) If such work is not done, the Board of Trustees may come and remove the snow at an expense in an amount determined by the Board of Trustees per hour for the work. Any costs incurred will be billed back to the property owner.
