§ 94.146 OBSTRUCTION.
   No person shall place, push, draw, or back any motor vehicle, wagon, cart, or other vehicle upon any sidewalk in the town, or use, drive, ride, or leave the vehicle upon the sidewalk unless it is in crossing the same to go into an alley or upon a lot where no other means of access is provided.
