The town is responsible for:
(A) Installation of the water main, a minimum of one block at a time with a compacted trench and a fire hydrant. Water lines shall be laid a minimum of ten feet away from the sewer line as measured on a horizontal plane;
(B) Installation of the sewer main, a minimum of one block at a time with a compacted trench and a manhole. Sewer shall be laid down the center of the street or alley;
(C) Provide maintenance and snow removal of the developed street; and
(D) Provide for construction of an asphalt mat once all the proposed lots have been developed, sewer and water hook-ups are completed, and the curb and gutter (if required) has been installed.
