§ 94.112 REMOVAL.
   Upon approval of the Board of Trustees, the removal of a dead, diseased, or dangerous tree that is located within a public right-of-way will be cost-shared by 50% homeowner and 50% municipality. This does not apply to trees that are being removed for cosmetic reasons.
