§ 94.110 INJURING.
   No person shall without the written permission of the Board of Trustees, signed and countersigned by the President of the Board of Trustees and the Finance Officer, destroy, mutilate, cut, deface, or otherwise injure any tree, shrub, plant, building, fence, gate, or any other protection or guards of such tree, shrub, plant upon any street, alley, or other public ground in the town, nor shall any person interfere with the surface of any street, alley, or other public ground in the town without the written permission of the President of the Board of Trustees. Provided, that this section shall not be construed to forbid the owner of any lot or parcel of land to remove or trim shrubbery or trees upon or protruding upon their property.
