§ 94.083 CULVERTS.
   (A)   The town shall furnish one, 12-foot by 18-inch culvert for each property to install within the driveway. Larger culverts may be installed and purchased from the town. In the case of larger culverts, the property owner shall pay the cost difference to the town who shall then provide a culvert as requested.
   (B)   The Town Board reserves the right to limit the diameter and/or size of culverts placed within the town. The Board further reserves the right to vary or modify the requirements of this section by resolution.
