§ 94.038 EXCAVATION NEAR STREETS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to make or cause to be made any excavation on any lot or parcel of land adjacent to any street, alley, or traveled path or roadway in the town unless the same be securely guarded by a railing at least three feet high and so tight that no child can fall through it, and to prevent injury to any person passing along such street, alley, or traveled path or roadway.
