§ 94.025 EXCEPTIONS.
   It shall be lawful, notwithstanding anything hereinbefore contained to the contrary, for any person to hang, place or set out in a safe manner, wares or merchandise on or over the sidewalk in front of and not further than three feet from the building occupied by himself or herself or his or her employer; it shall also be lawful for any person to place and leave for a period not exceeding two hours or three feet of the outer edge of the sidewalk adjacent to the building occupied by him or her, merchandise which he or she shall be in the act of receiving, but that this section shall not apply to any sidewalk less than two feet in width.
