(A) Any person to whom a permit may be granted in accordance with this subchapter to keep any material in any street or alley shall cause all such material and all rubbish resulting therefrom to be removed from such street, alley, or sidewalk before the expiration of the time limited in such permit.
(B) Provided, that such time may for good cause be extended by the President of the Board of Trustees by endorsing such extension on the original permit.
