§ 94.008 GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS.
   (A)   The town shall have the ability to maintain any storm water drainage system that exists within the road right-of-way.
   (B)   Cross drains shall be provided to accommodate all natural water flow, and shall be sufficient in length to permit full width roadways and required slopes.
