§ 94.005 CURB AND GUTTER.
   (A)   The curb and gutter shall be not less than six inches in height, 30 inches in width, and shall be of Portland cement concrete.
   (B)   Backfill shall be higher than the curb and shall slope toward the curb in order to ensure that surface water drains into the storm drainage system that is established.
