(A) The minimum street width shall accommodate a 26-foot driving surface. If the road is paved, the minimum width of the pavement shall be 18 feet.
(B) If a road is completed with curb and gutter and asphalt or concrete pavement, the road shall be a minimum of 54 feet on Main Street between Depot Street and 2nd Street and all other streets should be 41 feet in width as measured 20-1/2 feet from the centerline in opposite directions.
