§ 93.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   NUISANCE. Includes any and all definitions in this subchapter which name or deal with activities, conditions, or presence which may commonly be referred to as a nuisance.
